In MSN Game Zone click the "CD-ROM" tab.

There's a persistant world multiplayer session on FlightAdventures.com.
That one is set up to allow FS 2002 AND FS 2004 pilots to fly
multiplayer together. The host operates 24/7 and there is usually
several planes there for a weekend flying session. FlightAdventures uses
FSHost on the server.

You may be able to locate other FSHost sites with a search engine.
