My boss has a Sony Clie that runs PalmOS and he wants to know if there is any way it can be converted to run Windows CE. The reason behind this is he has a software app that is only supported on Windows CE and he didn't know that when he purchased the Clie, and unfortunately he is not able to return it.

If it's not possible to run Windows CE, which was my first assumption, then are there any type of emulators available that could possibly enable him to run his CE app on PalmOS?
