random reboots = bad power supply?

I just assembled a new system, and stability is terrible. The system reboots at random no matter what I am doing. I could be using windows, loading windows, at POST, or in BIOS setup!

I suspect it might be the powersupply because it's just like when you press the reset button; there's no blue screen, no froze programs, no error messages, just the reset.

What do you guys/gals think? Is there anything I could do to test and/or fix the problem?

Thanks,
Pete

PSU would certainly be my first guess... take a multimeter to it and see what kind of voltage you are getting, or just start unplugging extra drives and stuff that you don't need and see if it improves any.
