Has anyone heard of any issues of a slower bandwidth with USB 2.0 PCMCIA cards on a laptop?
I have a IOGEAR USB 2.0/Firewire combo PCMCIA card and any USB external storage device I plugged in seems to be slow. Updated drivers and everything. It's not 1.1. speed slow, but it's slower than a computer that has a USB 2.0 PCI card or built onto the motherboard.
