I was hoping to get some opinions about these systems that this company is offering on ebay.

I need to get a new pc for work and normally we just get dells, but these intrigued me.

If the company is paying for it why not! But if your just doing normal business applications its a serious waste of good computer parts.

This would not be just for business apps. I do alot of 3d and graphics work. Overall, do these components all look to be of good quality for the price?

It appears to be a decent gathering of parts, but frankly I am surprised that your business would even consider buying a PC off eBay. If your PCs are business critical, then you'll definitely want a high level of service to go along with them, should anything ever go wrong. I'd stick with Dell.
