FS9 - Two Monitors?

I have two monitors which work for almost all programs, but I cannot
drag a Radio panel, or GPS panel, etc., to the second monitor.

Is there a way to do this? Thank you.

To drag the different windows you must not be in full screen mode:
ALT+ENTER to switch

First right-click the GPS, radio or whatever - then click "Undock". Drag it
into the second monitor.
