I have the ATI tv tuner (not the VE) that I could never get to work under win2000 or XP, it worked great under 98se but since the move to 2000 it never has worked. It comes up with a scrambled image, it could be fixed by clicking anywhere else on the windows background or through some hotfix provided by rage3d forum members.

I also had issues with my soundblaster audigy with the tuner in the past though I think when I last tried using the tuner those issues were fixed.

Anyone else using a nvidia card with the ati tuner and having success?

Thanks in advance!

My wife has a ATI VE that also worked under 98 but when she went to xp she had the same problem, To get it to work she hold's down the ctrl key until the program loads all the way up and it works everytime.

I found out later that this problem was fixed in a later driver release by ATI.

But if you click on your windows desktop in XP before the ATI software opens it also fixes it.
