Windows 8 crashes when on firefox

Hello,
My Windows 8 PC keeps on crashing and the reasons are always these: C:\Windows\Minidump with different coding, C:\Users\MYNAME\AppData\ocal|Temp\ diff. coding .sysdata.xml and C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP Does anyone know what the cause is please?

Post the dump files from C:\Windows\minidump so we can take a look. The error codes in them should identify where the problem is.

Hi, thanks. This is all I have from the info to be submitted to Microsoft.

C:\Windows\Minidump\030913-19344-01.dmp
C:\Users\MYPCNAME\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-69498-O.sysdata.xml

The minidump file is different each time. Hope this is useful. It happens more frequently on Firefox but also on Explorer. The system can be stable for a whole session then it will repeatedly go down and force a restart. Very frustrating. Thank you for helping. James

We need copies of the dump files in the minidump folder... posting file names won't help us. You can upload them to any hosting site you want, as long as an account at the site is not required to download.
