Can't install windows 7 OS

After trying to install windows 7 OS on my new computer, i came across the "boot manager missing" problem. I was able to look up the solution to this though. Instead of "Install Now" id push the "repair your computer" button. The problem now lies in the fact that it shows no OS to repair in the box and when i push repair anyways it gives me a 0x15 error and tells me the driver isn't ready.

Could this be a physical problem such as faulty wiring ( unlikely) or a bad disk drive? Or is it referring to the 60 GB SSD that Im trying to set as my C drive ( also unlikely as I've tried it with a TB hard drive as well).
