Memory timing help

I wish to overclock my pc. But whenever i try to OC to certain speeds, my computer will not load to windows. I have a feeling it is the memory timings. I am only pushing the fsb to 400, and i have watercooling, so heat should not be the issue. Is there some kind of equation to use to set the correct memory timings? In example, i tried fsb 200*12 and memory timings of aggressive, 7-3-3-2.5T that didnt work for me. core is at 1.7v
My specs:
A7N8X Deluxe rev 2.00
Corsair XMS pc3200 512m
AMD 2500+
radeon 9700 np

well your ram should run fine @ 400mhz...increase that Vcore...
