What to do if yor laptop for windows 7 doesnt recognize alll of the flash drives

Hello,my netbook that uses windows 7 starter cannot detect any of the flash drives and has display troubles cause everytime restart its display will be in windows classic. help me what should i do?should i take it to be repaired??

Update the video and USB drivers. Look for the drivers with Uncle Google
