Hi, i always have eqing problems with my recorded tracks. I use FL
Studio 5 and Adobe Audition 1.5 to make my tracks and levels of each
sound is good. When i play it in winamp or any other player with its eq
on, all the sounds get distorted. Any ideas on how to fix eqing
problems? Thanks.

That's essentially what EQ does... distorts sound.

You don't say how it distorts...

Hi,

If your recorded signals meter prety high, and you apply boost with your
Winamp EQ, then you may be clipping the signal. Try applying "cut" EQ
instead of "boost" to get the desired effect.

Just guessing since you didn't say how you have the Winamp EQ adjusted and
what the levels look like on your original recording.
