Problems with Brother MFC 8890DW Printr

Hello,
My Brother MFC 8890DW printer will no print multiple copies.I amrunning Windows 7 Home Premium. Why won't it print multiple copies ?

My Brother MFC J6510DW is the same- when I order multiple copies via either the Word <Print> box or the Printer Preferences command I don't get anything at all.
Running Windows Vista Home Basic v.6.0 Build 6002 Service Pack 2
BTW, apart from this the Brother MFC J6510DW is a wonderful machine - I recommend it

I have the same problem with my MFC-J6510dw running on win 7. It used to work fine but something changed. I do not know what or where. I hope someone comes up with an answer because Brother has no answer for me.
