In general it would be set to the 32 bit setting (display settings in either your driver software or in control panel). You have not provided any information the either describes the issue or tells the components being used in the system. If you need further help please provide your system details(hardware models and makes and the version of Windows you use). An expanded description of the issue would also be helpful.

If you haven't installed your video driver, it may have defaulted to 800x600 VGA mode.
