Hi,

A few days ago my cable connection started to screw up. Everything is fine as far as connnecting to the net. I can get on aim use IE etc. However, when I download there is a problem. It starts out fine from any server. Normal speeds, quick connect, etc. The problem is when it gets to somethin like 381 kb it just stops. I am thinking there must be some kind of buffer or config file limiting my downloads. If anyone knows anything I could try I would appreciate it, anything to keep me from having to format. Thanks!!
