Okay, I have 3 hard drives in my PC, 64gb SSD for Operating System only, 500gb hard drive for all my programs/games and 1tb for media storage. Well a couple little things have been acting a little weird, nothing major, but let's say I decide to re install windows 7, completely wipe C: drive and start fresh. Will my drive F: be affected in any way. This is my plan, DISCONNECT drive F and G, Re install windows 7 on drive C, when finished CONNECT drive F and G, will this work, or will programs and games be affected. Just wandering because C main drive I know there are files associated with programs from drive F, drive G im not worried about its just storage and unplugging it wont matter, but drive F is what concerns me

When you reinstall Windows you wipe out the registry, and that means most programs will need to be reinstalled. It should have no impact at all on your data drive. Whether that is your F or G drive I do not know, but it doesn't really matter: Plan on having to reinstall your programs.
