CPU USAGE 100% CONSTANTLY

Every time when starts my pc my cpu running slow i have installed windows 7 ultimate again but same problem.i have not installed any programs yet.

My PC config:

Core 2 Duo Proccesor 2.52GHz 2.53GHz
4 GB RAM
1 GB Nvidia Geforce9400GT graphic card

Please help my buudie ..!

Well...its and older PC. Define "slow".

Make sure you have the newest chipset drivers installed. The ones that came included with your motherbaord will work, but most times are already outdated. Go to your motherboard manufacturer's web site and download the newest drivers.

Maybe you have a virus or malware or something causing your cpu to work very hard from startup?

also check that you dont have more then one anti virus loaded or one malware software loaded. also use msconfig go to the start up tab and turn everything off and see if your usage drops.

Inanition's question is a good one, as that will tell you where the problem is.

Also, I can't believe so many people go out and buy such a massive OS, often while using such older hardware. It's possible your torrented OS came with a pre installed virus. Putting a known good OS (meaning go to store and buy one) will clear up that possibility.
