It is actually pretty simple:
1. Remove all cables of the original PSU... look how and which type of cables where connected to which components.
2. Remove the PSU screws and carefully remove it from the case.
3. Mount the new PSU.
4. Connect all connectors to the appropriate plugs.
5. Check everything.
6. Connect the PSU to the power grid.
7. If needed set the PSU to On at the back.
8. Finished.
