If you use your ISP's mail account, they should have provided the information or you can look it up on their web site. If you use gmail, hotmail, or some other service, their web site should provide the necessary information.

Basically you need the POP3 or IMAP server's IP address or name, the ports to connect to, and your user name and pasword for the account, plus any security protocols to use.
