I need a DVD-ROM that can play DVD+R Disks. What about ASUS E616?

afaik, all new DVD-ROM drives can play all formats. Just go into a shop or look at the internet, it should say there, what formats it can read. It also should be on the packange of the drive, if its a retail version.
