PC start but I have no picture

How many video outputs do you have on your computer? If you have more than one, try plugging your monitor into a different one. Also try reseating your graphics card (unless you don't have one).

Is monitor powering up? Check all cables and connections. Try a different monitor cable. Try connection to other monitor I/O (if you have one) What are your pc specs? Integrated gfx or add-on gpu?

Do you see POST?
When your computer starts, do you at-least see the image of your companies mobo?
If not, check all monitor cables, both ends, and power cable.
Try a different video cable, also try a different port on the monitor and on the GPU.
See if you GPU is seated properly, if its not, you may have to re-seat it. You shouldn't do this unless your comfortable with computers and know what your doing
