I cant install windows7 64bit on my 32bit windows7

i tried running the installation file but it says ur device is not compatible , im running windows7 ultimate 32bit i3processor with 4 gigs memeory n 500gb harddisk plz help

Shutdown your computer and place the Windows 7 installation disk and format your Windows 32 Bit. BACKUP YOUR FILES BEFORE!

Use the Windows x64 installation disk.

Hi jack_10,

What you need to to is backup you're files what you want to keep.
than insert the windows DVD and restart you're computer.
When restarting you're computer directly press F12 so Boot menu will be launched.
Than Select CD/DVD station to boot from the Media.
than it should ask to Press a key to continue boot from CD/DVD. Press a key when asked
setup should be launched straight after and than go Trough the setup to install Windows 7 Ult 64 bits on you're system.

these steps Should work to fix you're problem
