Gt5 on 64bit win7 ultimate

Hey folks,
first off...new to emulators-very computer savy. looking for a little advise...very competitive gt5 player with g27 wheel. Will an emulator work(keep up) with my fast paced use, if so, which should I chose. F.Y.I : Running quad four, gobs of mem, and 2.5 terabytes of space(at least). Neddless to say...severely pumped HPsystem. Appreciate any and all advise....Thanks to all, ultramanster

There are no PS3 emulators at this time. Honestly you are better off purchasing a PS3 and just playing the game off that. It will be cheaper and run smoother. I see no advantage of running a PS3 game off an emulator (not that it is possible at this time) as you will not have access to PSN.

Advice: just get a PS3

You're absolutely right, been reading a bunch of lit. on the subject. Just ebay purchased my 3rd ps3. keep my gear in top shape-2ps3's burned up..WEIRD!Looking to mount extra fan from xtra pc stuff.Kinda figured that...just needed some confirmation. Thanx

The new slims should have no issue with overheating... I've played for hours on end with nil issue. If you really do have issues with cooling you can check something out like this http://www.amazon.co.uk/PS3-Slim-Cooling-Fan/dp/B003JH7BWQ
But really, unless you are putting your ps3 in an insulated box next to a room heater, overheating should not be an issue.
