I have bought a internal (fits into a floppy drive slot) 6-in-1 memory card reader, which connects directly onto the mainboard USB port. WinXP reconized it well as four removeable drives (where SD and MMC share one, and CF and MD share another), and it reads/writes CF card perfectly, but won't reconize MS and SD... Has anyone bought one of these and got it working properly? I don't think these drives requires any drivers, right?

Which brand is yours? I got a 'value' unbranded 6 in 1, looks simlar to the PC Chips & 'ebuyer' units and have had problems with it, wouldn't play ball with my Sony Memory Stick or an IBM MD which looking at a few revews on ebuyer isn't unusual. :S I'm now using an Asus card reader w/out problems but I asume it'll only work with Asus mobos though.
Ooh, that's bad news to hear... Mine is one of those no-name-brand also. I neither have a MD nor SM to try it on, but so far, I know it has no response with MS and SD. Darn...
