PCMCIA to IDE

Greetings, this is my first ever post. Does ANYONE know
if someone make a PCMCIA to IDE interface care????? I
thought for sure I remembered seeing one years ago but I
can not seem to find one now. I am buying a new Laptop
soon, and I want to be able to hook up a second small
"Laptop HD" for the purpose of "imaging/Ghosting" the
Main Laptop HD. I want to create several "Ghosts" in case
something happens to the main drive. I plan to make MONEY
from my Laptop and can not aford to be "down" for any
length of time....pop out the bad drive...stick in the
Ghosted drive...and keep working.

Can ANYONE help?!? Don't if USB2 or Firewire can do the
trick................

I dont know about a pcmcia to ide converter but I do know that pcmcia hard drives are around. That would probably be your best bet.
You could go for a usb or firewire hd but you may have problems booting off of it if you have an older laptop.
