System_Service_Exception in Windows 8

Hello,
Im having issues with mocking little error that i keep getting. i have a toshiba sattilite c855d and the processor is a AMD E1-1200 APU w/ Radeon hd grPHICS 1.40 GHz.
I cant [pug and USB cables or sd cards in with out getting the error and some web sites with give it to me to.

Try updating your drivers or at least check in device manager to ensure everything is working correctly.
