I got a buddy I want to send a dekstop computer (ATX Mid Tower Case) to in Poland. Maybe a monitor too. I quoted UPS and DHL and they had really high prices. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Send it in a box. I have extensive experience in this field. I used to put stuff in boxes all the time for very important stuff I cant tell you about.
