Installing Win7 from network?

I was following this http://blog.ryantadams.com/2008/02/01/how-to-boot-from-the-network-pxe-boot-with-tftp-and-windows-pe/ guide and all was well. But after it found the DHCP server and said Press F12 for network boot service, I get this error.


WINDOW BOOT MANAGER

Window failed to start.A recent hardware or software change might be the cause.To fix the problem:

1. Insert your Window installation disc and restart your computer.

2.Choose your language settings,and then click Next

3.Click Repair your computer

If you do not have this disc,contact your system adminstrator or computer manufacturer for assistance

Status: 0xc0000001

Info: An error occured while attempting to read the boot configuration data.


I'm doing this with a laptop, desktop on the receiving end, connected by a router(lack of crossover)

Not sure on Network install as I have never got that to work with Windows have done it with Linux. As for your laptop if it supports USB booting your best bet would be to use the Microsoft USB Tool http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msstore/html/pbPage.Help_Win7_usbdvd_dwnTool and then install that way.
