As a start, run memtest86 to test your RAM. IRQL errors are *usually* RAM related.

...that being said, this may be one of the few times you have a different HW problem. According to the dump, the memory address that crashes is the very first memory address, which is reserved for HW use. That points to either the motherboard, or one of the devices on the motherboard.

If memtest86 comes out clean, try using a different GPU [if you have one] and see if that helps any.
