My hp 16 GB pendrive is not getting detected

What do you mean by not detected?

Can you see the pen drive in the Device manager? Right click Computer and select Properties, select Device Manager on the left side
Can you see it in Disk Management? Right click Computer and select Manage, select Disk Management
