Whats the best video card for $100-120?

I am running a 1.4 Tbird and still using my old Geforce 2 GTS 32meg. It has been a great card the last 3 or so years but I think its time to upgrade. I only have about $100-$120 to spend on my new video card. What would give me the best bang for my buck?

I think you can find the GeForce4 4200 at some places for around that price.
