RAM testing program, where can i find one?

my comp has beeen unexplainably freezing lately, i've heard about RAM testing programs, anyone know a good one? Any ideas why my comp might be freezing? my specs are as follows
AMD XP 2000
512 megs DDR
Gigabtye GA-7vax motherboard
western digital 80 gig hd 7200 rpm
Geforce 4 ti 4200

i have my latest bios, and drivers, i've check my system temp and im running plenty cool. Any ideas? Thx

If i put my k6 in a Ferrari it would be faster than your your pentium 4 or Athlon XP :tongue:

Actually I was waiting for PooBaa to jump in with Memtest86. You beat him to it.

Memtest is a great program...especially if you loop test 5...now that is brutal!

If i put my k6 in a Ferrari it would be faster than your your pentium 4 or Athlon XP :tongue:
