WinXP Updates

I'm trying to download some of the Windows XP pro updates, the trouble its that i'm not in the machine i want to update, i'm in a Win98SE one, so i have to download the packages manually, just the way i like actually, but i have get crazy on M$ web and never got those... So i need help on what im doing wrong?, i can download all win98 updates (wicth i dont want) and from http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com i can get access to all M$ OS unless xp, and thats where the M$ page send me when i put the manual option...

so: how do i Download those?
i once did it from the XP update console and work flawless but no manual way?... or im just being dumb and not getting something, that have happend before!
