when i open up the phone, the screen does not light up, or if i play around the flip it sometimes will light up but ill have to hold it, you can see the screen if u hold a light up to it or flash light, i have no insuranceo n my account, is there a way i c an fix this problem?
How long have you had the phone? Are you the original End User/purchaser, or is the phone second-hand?
The phone is defective. You will void any kind of warranty Motorola offers (1 year from original purchase date to only the first purchaser) if you try to fix it yourself. A service center will bill you between $15-$55 to repair it. Motorola has a warranty. If it is under one year, and you are the original purchaser contact Motorola at 1-800-453-0920.
