Core 2 or more RAM

Looking at a couple of notebooks and I wondered which one you would pickup.

One notebook comes with a Core 2 Duo T5600 with 1GB ram, and the other has a Turion 64 X2 TL-52 with 2GB ram.

As a note, the Core 2 notebook also uses the Intel 950 graphics where as the Turion one uses Radeon 1150. And they are also from the same manufacturer.

Not intending to game much on the computer, mainly for browsing, DVD/video playback and allowing us to work on our house design using Chief Architect without having to be at home to do it.
