Question from an OC noobie. (333DDR vs 400DDR)

I am going to try overclocking my memory (when I get my mobo working, but that's another story) and I was wondering, if I overclock a 2500+Barton, what memory should I use on the mobo? 333DDR or 400DDR? I'm going to be using Crucial RAM and an MSI K7N2 Delta-L (400MHz FSB version).

Among the two listed I would suggest "400DDR" as a faster FSB/MCLK could be reached.
