BSOD NTFS.sys

I got a BSOD today and it says the cause was the driver for ntfs.sys.

How do I fix this? I'm new to computers (did my first build about a month ago) so dumbed down explanations a little would be appreciated.

This happen once, or keeps happening? If once, don't worry about it.

As general maintenance you can check the vendor support forum for any new drivers and make sure you run Windows Update.
