What will it take to get Twinx to 433MHZ?

I read here that the LL sticks are actualy PC3500 at 400MHZ with good timings. I have 2*256MB Corsair Twinx (CMX256A-3200LL) and since timings aren't that important I was thinking that instead of running in a-synced mode when overclocking (just a bit) I could lower timings and run at 1:1. Can I? What timings should I set? (current timings are 2-3-2-6).
My sys is an Abit IS7-E (865PE) with a P4 2.4c.

I had a much better usertitle but was caught trying to hack me a better one so I got my current title as a punishment

If you dont oc much you may try to keep the same timming corsair mem might handle it. If your computer aint booting just shut it down and wait a bit it will let you go back in the bios afterwards. Otherwise im pretty sur you could run these sticks with the 433's timming: 2-3-3-7-T1 and if its still not booting try 2.5-3-3-7...

What do you mean by let me go into the BIOS, would I expirience severe problems if I overclock the sticks too much?
