Executioner for sure! I got mine in December and i'm loving it.
The performance will blow you away and the customer service is top notch.
It is worth the cost to get the best of both worlds.
Not that it hasn't been said enough already 
but I highly reccomend a K|N Executioner as well. Had mine for a little while and it still amazes me. As far as DX10... As long as the new cards will fit in there (I have faith in Mark cramming them in somehow) I am planning on upgrading my Executioner from the 7950GTX when I can.
