Hi,

I have a setup of MN-500, MN-510 and a Dell Laptop with Dell True
Mobile.
Whenever i try to connect to MN-500 with the wireless adapters it is
unable to assign me any IP and when i try to release renew it gives me
Media Disconnected. I have checked the ghost devices and there are no
ghost devices. It was working for a year, and also i able to see ssid
of neighbors.

Now i am not able to see the SSID of my network as well as neighbors
network, However my laptop works fine at hot spots. I have uninstalled
and reinstalled my wireless card but still i am not able to see any
ssid. I am not even getting Automatic IP address..

Somebody can please help me if they have faced similar issue.

Now here one thing i would like to say is that answer is
in ur question only laptop is working fine in other place
however it's not detecting the ssid of the base station
so might be radio signal of base station might be
corrupted that is the reason if possible try the base
station in some other place or else replace it

Try going into Network Connections, right-click the icon representing your
LAN and select Properties. Go to the Wireless Networks tab and select the
Advanced button at the bottom. Make sure there is a dot in the radial next
to Access point (infrastructure) networks only.
