Hi. I was wondering, I just got this stupid little game. But I play it all the time anyways, hehe. But it requires a cd. And it's getting annoying putting the cd in all the time to play a game I know is only like 50MB. So, how can I burn an image to my hardrive and us a virutal mounting device to play it without the cd? I tried nero but the disk is copywrited. Thanks for any help.

what game is it? there might be a no-cd patch (allows you to play the game without inserting the cd) for it. check out game copy world to see there is a patch for the game.

Use CloneCD to make an image, then use Daemon to mount it. I think there's a step in between but I can't remember it.

I highly recommend a program called CDSpace (version 4.1) you can download if for free from download.com FILE it makes an image AND lets you mount it meaning it will be exactly like it's in the CD only it works faster and doensn't use the CD. It's called a virtual drive and it looks like a CD-ROM when you open My Computer.

I had a much better usertitle but was caught trying to hack me a better one so I got my current title as a punishment
