contacting with Hafler company and got this answer:
Thanks for contacting us. Typically you would be able to purchase a new
driver direct from us. Unfortunately we are out of inventory, and at this
time there is no eta on when or if we are getting any more in since that
product is obsolete.

What is wrong with it? Can the existing driver be repaired?

When I found that the woofers on my Boston Acoustics A40 speakers had
disintegraged, I assumed I'd have to re-cone them entirely or replace
the foam surround (the cones were actually in pretty good shape) and
started looking around the web for rebuilding kits. Turned out that
Boston Acoustics came across with replacements for about twice the
price of a re-foam kit and have the price of having someone re-cone
them. If you're not in a big hurry, it's probably worth waiting for
Dynaco to get them back in stock since they didn't indicate that the
part had been discontinued.
I'm kind of chicken about doing things for the first time that I've
never watched being done before, particularly when it involves buying
parts that I might ruin if I do it wrong, so I wasn't inclined to
attempt the repair myself except as a last resort. I'm really not
interested in learning how to recone speakers since I don't expect to
be doing it more than once in my life, if at all. If I was goint to
have someone do the work on my old speakers, I was inclined to go with
The Speaker Factory. The guy (it's a one-man shop) happens to be local
to me, but he has a good reputation and when I talked with him on the
phone, I got a good feeling that he knows what he's doing and has all
the right tools.
