Help with Win7 services

Last response: in Windows 7

In my opinion there is no need to shut down any services within Windows 7. I have test shutting down services and there just is not any improvement in speed/memory/boot time or anything else that would make it worth it. And as rdc85 said it could introduce instability into your system. Microsoft knows what they are doing with there OS and the services would not be in there if they were not needed.
