Finally, 4ns chips! I wonder why they require such extreme voltage if they are 4ns to begin with?

I searched but couldn't find an answer to this question. Would like to see it answered though.

Someone might reply about signal problems with high speed DDR SDRAM, but this type of voltage isn't just a little higher, it's the same amount used to overclock 5ns chips to 4ns speed!
