S-Video in card

Im looking for a card that will capture from s-video in, that is NOT a videocard. Just a PCI card that will capture s-video in.

Many TV cards and Video Capture cards (like the TV card, but without tuner) have this. For example, the ATI TV-Wonder has it, but the cheaper VE version doesn't. Not to promote the TV-Wonder, there are better solutions, so start looking!

I've grown weary of searching for video capture cards and comming back with a list of firewire cards, I hope you have better search skills or more patience than me.
