I've heard of this filters that use Fresnel lenses to mantain image quality while magnifying it by 1.5x or 2.0x

I would like to know, if any has tried this, if this "device" is appropiate for gaming or just intended for office use. Then my next question would be: can this be installed on a flat panel?
