Is there any way to output a PS2 to play on a laptop? (No TV)

Do I have to purchase any special adapter?

I'm thinking of buying a Dell 9400 but won't if I can't do this.

If you buy a TV tuner card you can do it. For most laptops, they come in PCMCIA slot cards and are usually 50-100 bucks. The laptop cannot do it without the card though.
