Ok heres the thing, ever since i switched ISP's my hard disk begins to constantly access itself whenever i connect to the internet. I looked at what processes are running in the background, and it seems as if winlogon.exe is the culprit. Anyone know how i can stop this?

FYI, i turned off vitual memory and system restore thinking that might help. But it didnt.
