I have been a subscriber with the new Sprint/Nextel Hybrid service now for about 3 months. In that time I have not been happy with it one bit.
On the phone end it slows down and shuts off on me all the time, the service is horrible even with the sprint phone, and nextel direct connect.
Not to mention the lack of organization on the billing end. My first cell bill was $304.80. This was because they wanted to charge me a second time for my equipment and my deposit.
I am having all of the problems in the world and i would like to know if im alone or not with this new hybrid SCAM.
