worth upgrading my 256 Rambus System???

does anyone think it is worth upgrading the memory of my P4 2GHz/256mb Rambus system? if so, what would be the biggest value upgrade (price/performance)? it would cost approx $90 for an addt'l 256 (total of 512mb) or $160 for 512 (total of 768mb)?

I'd upgrade it. Whether you want total 512MB or total 768MB depends on the programs you're running, and the money you can afford to spend.
